Along the 3rd floor of both terminals, general waiting rooms feature reclining seats, televisions and complimentary water fountains. Transportation to/from airport
Taxi: Taxi stands lie directly outside the arrivals area, operating 24/7. Standard taxis charge a ₩3,800 base fare plus ₩100 per 132 m, with trips to central Jeju typically costing ₩6,000–₩9,000 in 15 minutes. Deluxe and jumbo taxis accommodate larger groups or luggage at slightly higher rates.

Shuttle: A free shuttle bus runs every ten minutes between the domestic and international terminals from 05:30 to 23:00. Many nearby hotels offer complimentary airport transfers; schedules and pick-up points vary by property. Look for hotel shuttle signs in baggage claim or contact your accommodation in advance to arrange service.
Car rentals: Car rental agencies including Avis, Hertz, Lotte and local operators maintain desks in the arrivals lobby. Rentals require a valid driver’s license and credit card. A baggage storage office operates landside on the 1st floor of both terminals from 06:30 to 21:00. Fees range from ₩5,000 to ₩10,000 per bag per 24-hour period, depending on size.
